In both roles, she is responsible for conducting investigations to determine the root cause of safety incidents and regularly updating safety protocols to comply with occupational health and safety laws. Kristy also spearheads Life-Safety and Mental Wellness programs across the business portfolios of both companies.

Prior to that, she worked as a Paramedic at National Set Medics from 2016 to 2018, and as an Entertainment Contractor at Sporcle, Inc. in 2016. Additionally, she served as Quality Management Coordinator III - EMS Coordinator for the City of Dallas from 2014 to 2015. She also has experience as National Sales Director at Primal Innovation Technology, LLC in 2013, and various other roles and positions in emergency management and public safety.
Educational Background
Kristy obtained a Bachelor's of Science (BS) in Emergency Administration and Development Planning from the University of North Texas in 2005. She also earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Paramedicine from Keiser University in 2004, and a Certification: EMT-Paramedic from North Central Texas College in 2000. Additionally, she is a candidate for a Master's of Public Health (MPH) degree from Capella University.
Achievements in Safety Management
Kristy's achievements include orchestrating the nation's largest 2-day Corporate Active Threat Exercise involving 19 federal agencies. She was awarded the 2020 Employee of the Year for her life-saving efforts and the development of a mental health program at her firm. She is also known for illuminating, training, and supporting all Life-Safety and Mental Wellness programs across entire business portfolios.
