These include overseeing the construction of a corporate office for 1000 employees in Jersey City, NJ, with a $60 million budget, and managing the construction of the Frisco Branch at the Dallas Cowboys Practice Field with a $1.5 million budget. Notably, he achieved LEED Certification (V.4) for the Beachwood Branch, OH, and LEED Silver (V.3) for the Fort Worth Branch, TX. Additionally, he played a critical role in supporting LEED Certification for over 41 locations, including attaining a Platinum LEED Certification at Omaha Corporate HQ in 2013.
Director of the Associate Engagement Council
In addition to his primary responsibilities, Jason serves as the Director of the Associate Engagement Council within TD Ameritrade's Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Department.
