Anastasiya Markova has served as Chapterr President & Ambassador at Technovation Challenge since 2018. In this role, she has been instrumental in promoting the organization's mission to empower young women through technology and entrepreneurship. Based in Pleasanton, CA, she has dedicated six years to fostering innovation and leadership among participants.
Involvement with City of Pleasanton
Since 2019, Anastasiya has been a SIAC Student Member and Mental Health Committee Lead for the City of Pleasanton. Over five years, she has contributed to initiatives aimed at improving community mental health. Her responsibilities include creating a mental illness quest for middle school students and coordinating mental health events with local schools.
Development of Mental Health App
Anastasiya is currently developing a personal app focused on enhancing student mental health. This project reflects her commitment to addressing mental health issues among peers and providing accessible resources for support and guidance.

Anastasiya studied at Foothill High School from 2017 to 2021, where she focused on Business and Public Service. Her education has equipped her with the skills necessary to engage in community service and advocacy, particularly in mental health initiatives.
