Kayvan Dastgheib Beheshti serves as the Global Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations at Tegus since 2023. In this role, he architected the FY2024 Go-To-Market (GTM) Plan, which included the design, execution, enablement, and deployment of the GTM Organization. He implemented a new GTM Coverage Model, establishing dedicated Hunter/Farmer teams supported by Business Development, Customer Success, and Solution Architect functions. Additionally, he built and deployed a custom Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system in Salesforce, automating the quote configuration process and enabling same-day invoicing for Closed Won agreements. He also led a data-driven Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Available Market (SAM) exercise to create new segmentation definitions across various market segments.

Prior to his current role at Tegus, Kayvan worked in various positions across multiple organizations. He was the Head of Global Revenue Operations at A Cloud Guru | A Pluralsight Company for five months in 2021. He also served as the VP of Revenue Operations at InDebted from 2021 to 2022. His experience includes roles such as Senior Manager of Sales Operations at ZoomInfo from 2017 to 2019, and VP of GTM Strategy & Operations at Mural from 2022 to 2023. Earlier in his career, he held positions in customer support operations at the University of Maine and client success at OnCourse Learning.
Education and Expertise
Kayvan Dastgheib Beheshti has an extensive educational background. He studied Molecular Biology at the University of Miami from 2008 to 2010. He later attended the New York Institute of Technology, where he achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology from 2010 to 2011 and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management with Distinction from 2012 to 2014. He also pursued studies in Osteopathic Medicine/Osteopathy at the New York Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2012.
