He led the development of Teleflex’s CSR Roadmap to 2030 and developed GRI and SASB-aligned sustainability reports. Additionally, he led the development of a TCFD-aligned report in 2023.

Teaching and Course Development

At Stevens Institute of Technology, Derek Noah teaches a course he developed called 'Sustainability Assessment Methods,' as well as the Capstone course for the Graduate School’s program in Sustainability Management. His teaching role allows him to share his extensive industry experience with graduate students.

Personal Interests

Outside of his professional life, Derek Noah enjoys shipwreck diving off the Jersey Shore coast. He also likes to go kayaking with his dog, Brody.
