Lean Transformation Initiatives
Marsita Mohd Pista developed a comprehensive three-year plan to transition CR Bard Malaysia into a mature lean organization by 2020. She led the implementation of various Lean tools including VSM, standard work, TWI, Kaizen, 5S, and visual aids. She also designed a 'born lean' manufacturing line for product and process transfers, and created and maintained a SharePoint site for knowledge sharing.
Training and Knowledge Sharing
Marsita Mohd Pista developed and executed training materials and plans to ensure company-wide understanding and implementation of Lean principles at CR Bard Malaysia by 2020. She provided technical support and shared knowledge with employees involved in Lean and continuous improvement projects, thereby motivating and cultivating a team environment to sustain the momentum of Lean practices.
