Devan Francis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Motion Picture Arts from Capilano University, which he obtained after four years of study from 2011 to 2015. Prior to this, he studied Film Production at the International Academy of Art and Design – Toronto Film School, where he achieved a diploma after two years from 2006 to 2008. His formal education has been foundational in establishing his expertise in video production and media.
