Eduard holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pitesti, Romania, where he studied from 1991 to 1997. Additionally, he earned a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Alberta in 2012, further enhancing his expertise in managing complex technology projects.
