He is the co-chair of TELUS Legal & Regulatory Affairs' AI Think Tank and previously chaired the Data and Privacy Center of Excellence at TELUS. He serves as board secretary for the TELUS Interior and Northern BC Community Board, is a director on the board of Arthritis Research Canada, and chairs the planning committee for the ARThritis Soirée. Additionally, he mentors law students from UBC’s Allard School of Law as part of the Norton Rose Fulbright LLP Corporate Counsel Externship.
