Key Initiatives at Temasek
During his tenure at Temasek, Shawn Liu consulted the CFO on training needs and designed presentation training for Directors in Finance. He implemented DISC as a tool for individual development, training nearly 70% of the workforce within nine months. He redesigned the New-hire Orientation Programme for the Covid-endemic environment and designed a New Leader Assimilation Programme for the HR Shared Services team. Liu also led the Learning team’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) project and partnered with the Technology department to introduce RPA training, conducting a firm-wide hackathon event.
Technology Integration and Maintenance
Shawn Liu has made significant contributions in technology integration and maintenance at Temasek. He conceptualized and designed a Learning dashboard, which was implemented on Tableau in partnership with HRIS. He managed the operational maintenance of Temasek’s Learning Management System (LMS), SAP SuccessFactors, working in close collaboration with HRIS and an appointed Technology partner.
