MODIFIED the anhydrous ammonia storage/distribution system to eliminate ground-level atmospheric emissions, thereby significantly increasing safety of all plant personnel and adherence to strict regulations. PROVIDED oversight and consult to develop pipeline specifications, design, requests-for-proposal, bid analyses, and contract award for an 11-mile parallel water supply/waste water return pipelines, pumping stations and storage facilities at each end as a part of the Sandy Creek Power Generating Station constructed by Dynegy.
