Jessica Madrazo is a digital marketing expert, and one of the virtual assistant pioneers in Davao City. She uses her 13 years of experience in the business process outsourcing industry to empower other small business and organizations through online marketing. She is a co-owner and the Operations Director of Coffeebot Solutions, a Davao-based digital marketing agency that helps businesses locally and from across the globe grow through social media marketing, search engine optimization, web development, strategic lead generation, and customer support. Their fields of expertise include travel, retail, medical, food and industrial industires. She is also the founder and CEO of AccessEd, a digital marketing training firm that provides online marketing courses to local entrepreneurs, and aspiring virtual assistants, helping them position their businesses in the digital age. She has several engagements as a digital marketing consultant. She teaches social media strategies and e-commerce to rural businesses and potential virtual assistants as a DICT Rural Impact Technical Trainer. Another of her consulting engagement is as a Social Media Consultant for the Brokenshire Hospital Program for Teens where she helps with the social media efforts of a health and wellness program. Her industry experience aside, she has passion for several advocacies. She was the Managing Director of DAKILA Davao, a movement that aims to spark social consciousness about the relevant issues of today’s Philippines. She was the Executive Vice President of JCI Duwaling, a local feminist organization that spearheads several development projects for women, youth, and children. She is also a Climate Reality Leader, and volunteers in local environmental initiatives.
