Prior to her current position, Piper Arnold held various roles that contributed to her professional development. She worked as an English Tutor at Lane Community College for three months in 2011. In 2017, she served as an Employment Intern at the Ethiopian Community Development Council, Inc. for two months and as an Administrative Assistant at The Case Foundation for another two months. Additionally, she was a Gymnastics Coach at Oregon Gymnastics Academy for six months in 2014.

In her role as a Study Abroad Advisor, Piper Arnold is responsible for promoting study abroad programs, conducting budget analysis, and reviewing applications for six GW Study Abroad Scholarships. She utilizes tools such as Photoshop and Canva to create social media graphics that enhance the visibility of study abroad initiatives. Her responsibilities include managing a team and ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks.
