An average life has 600,000 hours, if you are a client who values time over all else, then I am the one to help your real estate requirement and get the work done fast. If you value cost, then I am not the one for you. As I am freelance, I charge for exclusive access of my time without distractions and that charge allows me to focus my time. Hence I am different from many firms who have to rely on volume to make a viable business. I am agile, flexible as you need and have a role of trusted counsel for my VIP clients. I deal with clients and entities from all over the world. Over to you; I am interested in speaking to HNW (and beyond) clients or introducers / agents for high value real estate whether it is commercial or residential.
