As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion professional, I have worked with organizations that are invested in the career & leadership development of their diverse workforce. Through my work at HACR.org, I share a mission to promote Hispanic inclusion on corporate boards and make it my personal responsibility to connect my network to those opportunities. I have a background in multicultural marketing strategy and communications. I have led programming for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and focus on developing innovative, dynamic and hands-on development workshops for the betterment of our diverse & evolving workforce. As the Linkedin Ninja, I also help organizations recruit and source diverse talent and assure their hiring process is inclusive and equitable. For professional and personal branding, I help individuals articulate the work they do, the people they serve and the communities they hope to build - all via LinkedIn.
