Sammy Njoroge's journey with the Leadership Circle began during his doctoral studies in 2014 when he encountered the Leadership Circle Profile. This discovery led him to pursue certifications in South Africa in 2015 and Washington DC in 2016. His dedication to the LC framework and its principles has made him a prominent figure in leadership development within the East African region.
Pioneering Leadership Circle in East Africa
In 2018, Sammy Njoroge pioneered the Leadership Circle initiative in East Africa, successfully certifying 17 coaches. This milestone significantly contributed to the growth and adoption of LC practices in the region. By establishing a network of certified coaches, Sammy has enabled numerous organizations to benefit from enhanced leadership development capabilities.
