Additionally, she served as an Activity Instructor at Girlguiding in 2002 for six months at Foxlease, New Forest, Hampshire, where she facilitated outdoor activities.

Jess Kelly gained retail experience as a Retail Assistant at Cotswold Outdoor in South Cerney, Gloucestershire, from 2000 to 2001. During her 11 months in this role, she assisted customers and contributed to the store's operations, enhancing her skills in customer service and retail management.
