Ailana Nurgali founded the UC Kazakh Society, an intercollegiate organization that connects Kazakhstani students, building a network of over 60 members. She was selected for the StartR Rady FAWI23 Cohort, a competitive accelerator program that provided her with training and mentorship. Additionally, she collaborated with UC San Diego’s Institute for the Global Entrepreneur to drive innovation in medical technology and led the development of a product at Alama Educational Technologies aimed at supporting college students from diverse backgrounds.

Before her current roles, Ailana Nurgali served as the Vice President of Philanthropy for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. from 2020 to 2022.
