Neha Sathish serves as the Lead for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) in India at Thomson Reuters. She has held this position since 2022 in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Neha Sathish holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Rural Management from the Xavier Institute of Management, Jabalpur, where she studied from 2012 to 2014. She also earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from PSG College of Arts and Science, studying from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, she completed her Pre-University Course (PUC) in Commerce at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2006 to 2008 and achieved her 10th standard at St Josephs Anglo Indian Girls School.
Career Background
Neha has a diverse professional background in CSR and data analysis. She began her career as a Data Analyst in Risk and Advisory at Ernst & Young for six months in 2011-2012. She then worked as a Post Placement Coordinator at Pratham for ten months in 2014-2015. Following that, she served as Manager of CSR Advisory at Rang De from 2015 to 2018. Neha also completed a summer internship in CSR at Bhilai Steel Plant, SAIL in 2013.

In her current role, Neha partners with Talent Acquisition to support focused hiring initiatives for Queer individuals and first-generation learners.
