He worked at Brankas as a Consultant for Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs from 2022 to 2023 and served as the Data Protection Officer there from 2021 to 2022. Razon also held the position of AVP - Legal Counsel and Deputy Data Protection Officer at ING Philippines from 2020 to 2021. His experience includes working as an Associate Lawyer at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan from 2015 to 2019 and as a lecturer at De La Salle University and the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.
