Valeria Della Rosa held the position of Director of Organisational Change & Performance at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) from 2006 to 2020. Prior to this role, she gained experience as an intern in the Turn Around Management and Business Advisory Services Programme Team, where she worked in multiple locations including St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Moscow, and London.
