Wade Jernigan serves as the Head of Google Cloud Partnership for North America at ThoughtWorks, a position he has held since 2023. In this role, he has significantly increased the active pipeline size by five times and tripled the win rate within his first year. He initiated this role after informally building the partnership and associated Google Cloud practice for a year. Under his leadership, ThoughtWorks became a sponsor of Google Next for the first time in 2023 and presented four speaking sessions.

Wade Jernigan has held various positions in notable organizations. He worked at McKinsey & Company as a Client Delivery Lead from 2020 to 2021 and was a Principal Consultant at ThoughtWorks from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, he served as an International Antitrust Project Attorney at ExxonMobil for eight months in 1999. His experience also includes roles at Fried Frank, SunTrust, AHEAD, and Blue Ridge Partners, spanning various functions in law, consulting, and business leadership.

Wade Jernigan earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, completing his studies from 2003 to 2005. He also holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he studied from 1995 to 1998. Wade Jernigan has achieved significant milestones in his role as Head of Google Cloud Partnership at ThoughtWorks. He won the Partner of the Year award in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) category at Google Next 2023. He expanded the number of working relationships between Thoughtworkers and Google Cloud personnel by over 30 times and implemented business models and strategic initiatives that are now applied globally for Google Cloud and other partnerships.
