Current Role and Responsibilities
Arnab Nandi currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at thyssenkrupp in Rayong, Thailand. Career Progression and Previous Positions
Arnab has held various positions in project management and technical services across multiple industries. At Primetals Technologies, he progressed from Manager - Projects to Deputy General Manager - Project from 2015 to 2019 in Kolkata. Prior to this, he held multiple roles at Siemens, advancing from Sr. Executive - Projects to Manager - Projects. His early career was spent at Tata Motors and Maruti Udyog Limited, where he gained significant experience in shop floor production and technical services.
Educational Background
Arnab Nandi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, obtained between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, he completed his Higher Secondary education at St. Xavier's College, majoring in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from 1999 to 2001. His foundational education was at Behala Aryya Vidyamandir, where he studied from 1986 to 1999.
Project Management Certification
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, with certification from the Project Management Institute India covering the period from 2018 to 2024. Additionally, he holds certification according to PM@Siemens Global Project Management norms, earned during his tenure with Siemens. These certifications attest to his expertise and adherence to global project management standards.

Arnab has extensive experience managing EPC and EPCm projects, mainly within the petrochemical and chemical industries. Since mid-2019, he has focused on these sectors, leveraging his skills in change management, team building, and relationship management. His background further includes successful project execution within the Indian automotive industry, where he managed productivity improvements and product management.
