He also served as President of the National Multi Housing Council, further demonstrating his extensive experience in organizational leadership.

Kempner earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Stanford Law School, where he studied from 1973 to 1976. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, which he completed prior to his law studies.
