About Feng Hong

1) Who I am: A product marketer, a wordsmith, a number cruncher, and an overly methodical processor (Exhibit A: my travel and restaurant spreadsheets). 2) Missions and industries I have passions for: Marketing to marketers (any audience builder and content creator is a marketer). Particular passion for media tech*, creator/content ecosystem, retail tech*, shopper marketing, e-commerce, and gaming content/communities. *Tech can mean platforms, such as YouTube, but also includes software/data that enables and optimizes yield, such as creator monetization or brand engagement marketing tools. 3) Day-to-day and projects I love: Building growth through conveying the right things to the right people in the right places. This means I create foundational things like buyer personas, messaging trees, and a product marketing roadmap, then build out a TON of content (especially customer success webinars) and campaign experiments, revisit pitch decks to talk *value* vs. features, execute GTM and product launches, and more.
