I'm a business development leader known for building high-performance teams and leveraging partnerships to drive growth and innovation. I've spent my career in BD at three successfully acquired startups across video games and tech, and currently lead global gaming BD at TikTok. I'm experienced in launching creative partnerships to execute product vision and previously led BD for Microsoft's consumer business and a $10M content fund at Oculus/Meta to bringing top video game and app developers to VR. Accelerating growth through business development and strategic partnerships is something I help companies with as an advisor at Berkeley Skydeck and a mentor at Fast Forward, two leading accelerators in Silicon Valley. My work in tech connects to my core value of equal access to opportunity. Coming to the U.S. as a refugee, I had few resources and I have a unique perspective on what it takes to thrive amidst adversity. Today, I'm focused on making a difference in people's lives, particularly as it relates to economic empowerment, unlocking access to opportunity, and driving impact through my work with startups and nonprofits. To this end, I serve on the board of directors at Hello Neighbor, an organization that strengthens communities by matching resettled refugee families with dedicated neighbors to help them thrive in their new lives in the U.S. In 2018, I graduated from the prestigious Presidential Leadership Scholars Program, a partnership between the George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Lyndon Johnson, and George W. Bush presidential centers.
