About Jojo Regan

Having decided that university was not the right option for me, I spent three years working as an analyst in London, during which time I developed a strong interest in the digital space and began to teach myself to code. I spent a year honing my skills before founding BMAS Agency in August 2013; with the aim of making the internet a more aesthetically pleasing place. Following a management buyout at the agency in January 2020; I moved full-time onto MANORS - a brand that’s looking to disrupt the golf apparel market. MANORS collaborated with Adidas on a sell-out collection in 2021, and followed this up with a collection with The R&A, for the 150th Open at St Andrews. We've been featured in major publications like The Times, Evening Standard, COMPLEX, High Snobeity and The Gentleman's Journal. Outside of work, I am hugely passionate about adventure and sustainability. My proudest moment was being awarded a fellowship at the Royal Geographical society as well as being part of the team who established the Sir Wally Herbert Award, which celebrates human endeavour. I'm involved in the startup community and have invested in and advised a number of new startups.
