Prior to that, he served as a Quality Control Engineer at Draeger from 1995 to 2000. He also worked for Philips Healthcare as an Image Quality Specialist from 1988 to 1993, and as a Test Developer for manufacturing Printed Circuit Boards from 1985 to 1987. Erik's career began with a one-year stint in military service at Ministerie van Defensie in Langemannshof, West-Duitsland from 1984 to 1985.
Education and Certifications
Erik Reijnhout completed his secondary education at Scheldemond College (H.A.V.O.) in 1980. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from HZ University of Applied Sciences, where he studied from 1980 to 1984. In addition to his formal education, Erik is certified as an Agile Tester by iSQI® since 2015 and holds an ISTQB / ISEB Foundation Certification in Software Testing since 2007. He also completed Rapid Software Testing training under Michael Bolton in 2015 and a two-day Python for Testers training with Kristoffer Nordstrom in 2018.
