Federico Ariza serves as the Director of Engineering at Torc Robotics, a position he has held since 2023. Prior to his current role, Federico Ariza worked at Algolux, where he held several positions from 2018 to 2023. He started as a Senior Researcher for 10 months before advancing to R&D Manager, a role he maintained for four years. His final position at Algolux was Director of Research Development, which he held for eight months. During his tenure, he focused on research and development initiatives that supported the company's objectives in the field of computer vision and machine learning.

Federico Ariza holds a Master of Science in Applied Physics (M.Sc.A) from Polytechnique Montréal, where he studied from 2004 to 2006. He also earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, completing his studies from 1995 to 2001.
