About Marco C. Laurita
I am an attorney qualified in New York, France and Italy and work at TotalEnergies in Paris where I focus mainly on upstream international arbitration and transactional work for the MENA region. I obtained my J.D. from the law school of the University of Turin, Italy in 2009. As part of the program, I attended the Georgetown University Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London majoring in transnational and comparative law. In 2014, I obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School. Before joining TotalEnergies, I worked as an attorney at Kramer Levin in Paris, where I focused mainly on compliance, anti corruption, and internal investigations. Previously, I worked as an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb and Freshfields in Milan, New York and Paris, where I was primarily involved in international litigation and arbitration matters.
