Work at Trainline
Aileen Pohl has been working at Trainline as a UX Researcher since 2018. In her role, she plays a key part in planning and analyzing research projects across multiple European markets, including the UK, France, and Italy. She has developed and maintained customer feedback collection and analysis systems to enhance self-service access to customer insights. Additionally, Aileen implemented a Research Repository to promote knowledge sharing of research insights within the company.
Previous Experience in User Experience Research

Aileen Pohl holds multiple degrees in Human Computer Interaction and Design. She achieved her Master's Degree from UCL in 2016.
