He also served as MIS Manager & Project Leader at United Services, Inc. for one year in 1996-1997, and as Deputy Director of Administration at Career Systems Development Corp from 1990 to 1992. These roles provided him with a solid foundation in financial management and project leadership.

David Bigelow studied at Worcester Junior College, where he earned an Associate of Science degree in Management. He furthered his education at Central New England College of Technology, achieving a Bachelor of Science degree with a dual major in Computer Information Systems and Financial Systems.
