He studied at Université Lumière Lyon 2, where he achieved a Master 2 (M2) in Transports Urbains et Régionaux de Personnes from 2005 to 2006. He also obtained a Maitrise in Economie et Transport from the same university from 2004 to 2005. Earlier, he earned a Licence in Économie at Université Lumière Lyon 2 from 2003 to 2004 and a DEUG in Economie et Gestion from Université du Havre from 2000 to 2002.
