Elhajji has a diverse educational background. He studied at Ecole Marocaine des Sciences de l'ingénieur, where he achieved a Cycle ingénieur in automatisme & informatique industriel from 2002 to 2006. He also obtained a Master 2 (M2) in Automatisme et traitement de l'information from Université Henri Poincaré (Nancy I) in 2006. Additionally, he completed an Exécutive Master en management stratégique at Universite Internationale de Rabat from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, he earned certifications in Mind Maps and Creativity & Innovation from Think Buzan.
