Sonia Merken has successfully implemented the deployment of triple ISO certification (9001, 14001, and 45001) across two sites, Caudebec les Elbeuf and Corneville sur Risle, involving 180 employees. She has led project management initiatives for TMS Pros and PRAP support, focusing on enhancing workplace ergonomics and safety. Additionally, she organizes and leads safety talks to promote awareness and compliance among employees, contributing to a culture of safety within the organization.
