Prior to this position, he served as Commercial Director - Greater China from 2015 to 2018, where he managed operations in Hong Kong. His tenure at Travelport also includes a five-year period as General Manager from 2010 to 2015, during which he operated in both Hong Kong and Taiwan. Previous Experience in Aviation
Before his current role at Travelport, Eric Kam worked at Dragonair in various capacities. He served as Country Manager from 2006 to 2008, managing operations in Sabah, Sarawak, and Brunei. Earlier, he was the Country Manager from 2004 to 2006 in Hainan, Southern China. Additionally, he worked as an Assistant to the Area Manager for nine months in Taiwan in 2004 and as a Passenger Sales Officer (Overseas) from 2002 to 2004 in Hong Kong. Kam also gained experience at Cathay Pacific Airways as an International Sales Manager from 2008 to 2010.

Eric Kam studied at the University of Bristol, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from 1997 to 2001. His academic background includes a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to attending university, he completed his secondary education at Sherborne School for Boys in the U.K., achieving GCSE and A-Level qualifications from 1993 to 1997.
