Ronald Mawad has been with Trint since 2018, initially serving as Customer Success Manager for North America until 2021. He then advanced to Head of Customer Success for one year before becoming the Global Director of Customer Success in 2022. In his current role, he plays a significant part in Trint's international expansion efforts, utilizing his expertise in customer success to support global clients. Before joining Trint, Ronald Mawad worked at Statflo as a Customer Success Manager for one year. He also served as a Fellow at Venture for Canada for two years. His earlier roles include positions at FGL Sports Ltd as a Sales Associate, and at Bell in various capacities including Corporate Store Manager and Sales Consultant. Mawad's diverse experience includes working as an Execution Coordinator at The Source and as an Assistant Manager/BSS Tester at EastLink.

Ronald Mawad holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Sports Management from Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europea, which he completed in 2016. He also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Saint Mary's University in 2010. His educational background equips him with a unique combination of business administration and criminology knowledge, which he applies to enhance customer success strategies at Trint.
