Currently, Akshay Sachdeva serves as a Research Ops Intern at Triomics, a position he has held since 2023. His responsibilities include identifying adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) from clinical notes, which is crucial for ensuring patient safety in clinical trials. He participates in the development of clinical research technology, focusing on interoperability and artificial intelligence. Additionally, he engages in pre-screening patients against trial eligibility criteria using advanced technology and contributes to the automation of data entry into electronic data capture systems (EDCs) utilizing electronic health record (EHR) data.

Akshay Sachdeva completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) at Jamia Hamdard from 2018 to 2022. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management at Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU), expected to finish in 2024. He has qualified for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT), a national-level entrance exam for pharmacy graduates in India. Before his current role at Triomics, Akshay Sachdeva worked as a Market Research Executive at Cannarma for two months in 2022. He also served as a Content Creator on YouTube from 2020 to 2022, where he developed engaging content. Additionally, he was part of the Product Management Team at Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd for two months in 2023. These roles have contributed to his diverse skill set in research, marketing, and content creation.

Akshay Sachdeva has been an active member of the IPGA Student Forum since 2019. His involvement in this forum reflects his commitment to engaging with peers and professionals in the pharmacy field.
