Rusty Magner studied at Loyola Academy and later attended Fairfield University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He furthered his education at The American College of Financial Services, focusing on Employee Benefits Insurance and Retirement Plans, and achieved the Registered Health Underwriter designation. Additionally, he studied at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where he completed coursework in Financial Securities and obtained Series 6 and 63 licenses.
