Yovita also served as a Product Manager for Asia - Sales at EF Academy from 2013 to 2014 and as Country Product Manager at EF Academy from 2010 to 2013. Her earlier roles include Business Development Manager at EF Education First and Marketing Manager at IEP College - RMIT Campus.

Yovita Marlina studied at Universitas Gunadarma, where she earned a Sarjana Sistem Informasi degree in Manajemen Sistem Informasi from 1996 to 2000. She also completed her secondary education at SMA Santo Antonius, achieving SMA from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, she attended SMP Santa Maria Fatima.
