Currently, Kathryn Card holds the position of Audit Program Manager in the Property Management Branch at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) since 2020. In addition, she serves as the Assistant to the USGS Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Implementation Team, a role she has held since 2022. In her capacity, she acts as the principal analyst for BIL funding, coordinating communications related to the law within the USGS. She also drafts internal operational guidance for USGS science centers and monitors project progress to ensure compliance with tracking and reporting requirements.
