Kisha Flagg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, which she completed from 1991 to 1995. She furthered her education by earning a Master’s Degree in Military Science and Operational Studies from Marine Corps University between 2006 and 2007. In 2014, she achieved a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) from Villanova University. Additionally, Flagg completed a Project Management program at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies in 2018.
