Additionally, he was instrumental as Arranger and Underwriter for a €3.2 billion bridge loan to Banca MPS and a €1.3 billion loan facility to AMCO, which contributed to the bank's derisking efforts. He also advised Zurich on the disposal of an Italian life insurance and pension portfolio to Gama Life for USD 148 million.
