He also served as Command Inspector General for the 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command at U.S. Pacific Command. His military experience includes operational leadership and strategic planning in various capacities, including a deployment to Iraq as a Security Force Assistance Advisor Team Chief.

Jeremy Turner holds a Bachelor's Degree in East Asian Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point, completed in 1998.
