Jonna Sjövall holds a Master of Science degree in HRD, Change Management & Entrepreneurship from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which she completed from 2005 to 2006. She also earned a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Åbo Akademi University, studying from 2003 to 2008. Consulting and Early Career
Before her roles in talent attraction and employer branding, Jonna Sjövall worked as a Management Consultant at Capgemini Consulting from 2008 to 2010. She also participated in a Consulting Skills Workshop at Capgemini University starting in 2009. Earlier in her career, she served as a Project Controller Trainee at Wärtsilä in 2006 and as an HR strategy developer and Account Manager at OK Perintä Oy from 2007 to 2008.
