Before joining UBS, Pamela Ruderisch worked at Euler Hermes as a Claims & Collection Manager from 2007 to 2011. This role provided her with experience in managing claims and collections, which contributed to her skills in communication and crisis management. Her transition to UBS allowed her to leverage this experience in various leadership roles focused on training and development.
