Work at UCAR
Sue Brundege currently serves as the Assistant Director of Talent Management at UCAR - The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, a position she has held since 2022. In this role, she has contributed to various initiatives, including the Scientific Appointment Modernization project, where she vetted and implemented changes to HR policies and procedures. Prior to her current role, she worked as the Talent & Learning Development Manager from 2018 to 2022 and briefly as the Senior Manager of Talent Management in 2022. She played a significant role in designing UCAR's post-pandemic flexible work environment.

Sue Brundege holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from the University of the Rockies and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from California State University Los Angeles. She specializes in leadership development and has extensive experience in conducting strategic planning, team retreats, and board retreats. Her expertise extends to designing and facilitating large peer learning networks, enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Sue Brundege is a certified Hogan Leadership Profiles practitioner, which enhances her capabilities in leadership assessment. She is also a certified MBTI Step I and II Practitioner, providing advanced personality assessment skills. Previous Work Experience
Before her tenure at UCAR, Sue Brundege held various roles in different organizations. She was the Director of Research & Development at Integrated Work Strategies from 2009 to 2018. Prior to that, she owned Self Made Self, LLC from 2004 to 2009, and worked as a Mentor Coach and Trainer at Coach Training Alliance from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, she spent 15 years at Jacobs Engineering Group as the Manager of Global Sales Initiatives from 1990 to 2005.
