Angela C. Larson has an extensive educational background in nursing. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University between 2002 and 2005. Larson then pursued her Master's degree in Nursing, Clinical Nurse at Widener University from 2008 to 2016. She further advanced her education by obtaining a Doctorate in Philosophy from Widener University from 2011 to 2017. Her qualifications include multiple certifications, such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), which she facilitates as the North Campus Site Coordinator/Instructor.
Previous Academic Roles
Larson has held various academic positions throughout her career. She worked as an Adjunct Professor of Nursing at multiple institutions, including the University of Florida from 2017 to 2019, Santa Fe College from 2017 to 2019, and La Salle University from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, she served as a Visiting Professor in the DNP Program at Chamberlain University for five months in 2021. Currently, she is an Adjunct Professor at Wilson College since 2017, contributing to online nursing education.

Angela C. Larson has significant clinical experience in critical care and emergency care. She worked at Community Health Systems as a Critical Care/Emergency Care Registered Nurse and Clinical Educator from 2005 to 2011. Larson also held positions as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Critical Care at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals from 2011 to 2014 and at Reading Health System from 2014 to 2015.
