Previous Work Experience
Shahrzad Sajadi has a diverse background in journalism and media. She worked as a Reporter for WERS 88.9 FM from 2014 to 2015 and for Viva Magazine (Persia) from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, she served as a Department Assistant at Emerson College from 2015 to 2016. Sajadi also had a brief stint as a Reporter for Press TV in 2014. Currently, she is involved as a News Intern at Arlington Community Media, Inc, a position she has held since 2016.
Fellowship and Community Engagement
Shahrzad Sajadi is currently a Coalition for Community Writing Fellow at Herstory Writers Workshop, a position she has held since 2020. This fellowship allows her to engage with community writing initiatives, promoting inclusivity and social development through written expression. Her involvement in community-focused projects reflects her commitment to fostering inclusive dialogue and representation.
