Education and Qualifications
Pavan Upadhye completed his Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronics and Communications at PESCE Mandya from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, he studied at Shri Marikamba Junior College, focusing on Science from 2001 to 2003. His foundational education was completed at Modern High School in Ichalkaranji, where he studied from 1992 to 2001.

Pavan possesses extensive knowledge in Telecom Business Support Systems (BSS), including Fraud Management Systems (FMS), Revenue Assurance (RA), interconnect, and route optimization. He has onsite experience across more than 15 telecom companies in over 20 countries, showcasing his capability in handling complex telecom operations and implementations.
Training and Recruitment Contributions
In addition to his operational responsibilities, Pavan Upadhye has been actively involved in recruitment and training initiatives. He participated in the recruitment team for hiring trainees and leads across India.
